Responsibility：
- Assist the Senior Project Manager to perform the followings:
- Project planning, construction/fitting-out works supervision and project coordination
- Liaison with landlord, contractors, consultancy, venders or government authorities
- Budget estimation, cost and quality control
- To ensure construction plans are properly implemented
- Responsible for tendering and quotation process and internal approval for project/property works/services related procurement
- To provide test-fits proposals, marketing intelligence, budget estimation etc. in order to help management to make decision of property related development / enhancement
- Participate in overall building and A&A projects from design stage to handover stage
- Provide regular progress reports to management on project status, budget, and timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during construction/fitting-out work stages
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying/Building Services Engineering or construction related background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management working at the Client side or in consultancy firms; Candidates with more experience would be considered as Project Manager and less experience would be considered as Project Officer
- Professional member and qualifications would be an advantage
- Concept and knowledge of project management software tools, such as AutoCAD, and /or Powerpoint would be an advantage
- Proactive attitude with a logical mindset
- Good project management and communication skill
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
