Responsibility:
  • Greeting members and public at reception area, providing high-quality face-to-face customer services
  • Handle appointment bookings and respond to general enquiries
  • Handle member registration and related documents,
  • Perform administration tasks, including purchasing office supplies, maintaining document records, and completing various general clerical duties
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirement:
  • Form 5/ HKDSE or above with at least 1-year customer service work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proactive with can-do attitude
  • Positive with strong sense of responsibility, pleasant, customer-oriented
  • 44 hours per week
  • Shift duty including 2-3 days night shift until 9:15pm per week is required
