Responsibilities:
  • Handle the recruitment process such as job-ad posting, candidate search, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidates’ qualifications and reference checks, etc.
  • Prepare for new joiner onboarding logistics and staff orientation
  • Develop and update job descriptions
  • Develop and maintain a candidate data base to facilitate the recruitment process and manpower development
  • Assist in day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department
  • Prepare HR related documents, announcements and reports when necessary
  • Provide data input and update, filing, and administrative support to HR Department in leave and attendance, staff and benefits records and uniforms
  • Assist in all HR and Admin ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in Human Resources and Administration function in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle multi-tasks, mature, independent, well-organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong Taxation, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Good command of both English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • With 5 years experienced candidates may apply for the higher position, HR Manager
