Oversees the provision and development of Allied Health services under SDHC healthcare service
Monitor the service schedule and publicity strategies to achieve standard output
Provide supervision and coaching for Allied Health Team
Multifaceted, with a focus on providing specialized occupational therapy services and coordinating the Allied Health Team
Contribute to effective interdisciplinary collaboration, promote patient empowerment, and facilitate continuous quality improvement within the primary health care setting
Collaborate with DHC professional staff to conduct cognitive and functional training, care education, stress management etc.
Communicate and liaise with network medical practitioners, professional groups, district stakeholders and related parties
Develop and implement Protocol and Guidelines, prepare and submit regular reports and proposals of the service, etc
Other ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirement:
Registered as Occupational Therapist in Part I of the Register of Occupational Therapist
under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance and have a valid Practicing
Certificate issued by the Occupational Therapists Board, Hong Kong
Degree in Occupational Therapist or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience as Occupational Therapist; preferable
with experience in community healthcare service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, outgoing, flexible, patient and detail-minded, a good team player
Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Shift duty including 1-2 days night shift until 9:15pm per week is required
