Responsibility：
- Oversees the provision and development of Allied Health services under SDHC healthcare service
- Monitor the service schedule and publicity strategies to achieve standard output
- Provide supervision and coaching for Allied Health Team
- Multifaceted, with a focus on providing specialized occupational therapy services and coordinating the Allied Health Team
- Contribute to effective interdisciplinary collaboration, promote patient empowerment, and facilitate continuous quality improvement within the primary health care setting
- Collaborate with DHC professional staff to conduct cognitive and functional training, care education, stress management etc.
- Communicate and liaise with network medical practitioners, professional groups, district stakeholders and related parties
- Develop and implement Protocol and Guidelines, prepare and submit regular reports and proposals of the service, etc
- Other ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirement：
- Registered as Occupational Therapist in Part I of the Register of Occupational Therapist
under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance and have a valid Practicing
Certificate issued by the Occupational Therapists Board, Hong Kong - Degree in Occupational Therapist or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience as Occupational Therapist; preferable
with experience in community healthcare service - Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, outgoing, flexible, patient and detail-minded, a good team player
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Shift duty including 1-2 days night shift until 9:15pm per week is required
