Responsibility:
- Assist in the implementation of agency events, fund raising programmes, visits and network building initiatives
- Manage events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, draft appeals speeches, press releases, features and correspondences
- Assist in sourcing materials, vendors, promoters for events
- Coordinating with different units and external parties to facilitate the smooth running of events
- Liaise with stakeholders, donors and corporations to explore opportunities in cooperation and sponsorship
- Prepare proposals, tenders and communication materials
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing/Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in PC applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) and Chinese & English Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
